Traffic Advisory – First Year Student Orientation June 9-10

June 4th, 2011 by kyurasek and tagged Collins Blvd. Parking Facility, Family Orientation, First Year Student, Getting Here, Lot 17B, Marshall Student Center, Traffic Advisory

The University of South Florida will host First Year Student Orientation on Thursday, June 9, and Friday, June 10, on its Tampa campus.

Students will arrive between 7 and 10 a.m. and park in Lot 17B located on Willow Drive at Maple Drive, near the C.W. Bill Young Hall. Their families will park in the Collins Blvd. Parking Facility. Attendance is projected at 750 people.

Higher than normal traffic volumes are expected at the Fletcher Avenue entrance. Additionally, drivers in the Collins Blvd. facility should expect some stopped vehicles as Orientation staff answer questions and facilitate parking. Drivers may want to allow extra time to reach their destination.

Please contact the Office of Orientation at (813) 974-3060 or myorientation@usf.edu with any questions.
